Captain Corelli

Greetings,
Just finished my Italian LT for Bolt Action. Got inspiration from the film Captain Crelli's Mandolin. I think its a great film and under rated. Used the Warlord Lt from the command back and green stuffed his Mandolin bag on.

Cheers

Fury!

Greetings!
New project time. Starting 28mm WW2 and have chosen to do US army, What better way to start an army by doing a tank? As the title suggest i am doing Fury from Holliwoods film of the same name. Movie cops alot of flack from the rivet counters but from an ex tanky i give it a thumbs up.

Used the Rubicon 1/56 Sherman kit which was a dream to build. Stowage is from the Rubicon and Warlord stowage kits, some string, plastic card and sticks from the yard. I have decals incoming from Company B.

Cheers

Gladiator Exhibit

Greetings,
On my recent trip North to visit family i had the chance to check out Queensland Museums Gladiator exhibit. $55 AUD family entry for what was a pretty decent display. Kids loved seeing it too.
Wont ramble too much but took pics of each of the displays, apologies for the reflections in some.
Hopefully at some stage this year ill get to build my own Ludus.

Cheers
Matt
